Therapy and coaching

Not the same thing.
Not even close.

Many of the people who find us have spent years in therapy and arrived here anyway. Not because therapy failed them. But because therapy and coaching are not the same thing.

Therapy, at its best, brings you to the edge of your defense structure. Skilled healers and there are many great ones can walk you right up to the wall, and sometimes through it. CBT offers coping strategies, ways to manage what arises. Coping can work. But coping is not healing. It is a strategy for living with something rather than moving through it. We do not believe that is a long-term solution, and we suspect that somewhere, neither do you.

What lives beyond the defense structure is where coaching begins. Our work is cross-modal by nature we have done the deep physiological work ourselves, explored many modalities, and arrived at a methodology that does not manage the human experience but transforms it. This work is for a specific kind of person. Someone for whom there has to be soul in it. Someone who understands, even if they cannot yet articulate it, that they are a soul having a human experience. There is no fight in this work. There is discovery. There is curiosity. There is a reverence to what happens inside The 40 that we do not take lightly. It is, in the truest sense of the word, sacred.
