Everyone who has done this work knows the shape of what comes next. The clarity is real, and it is also perishable. The pattern does not disappear because you named it. It gets quieter, and then something happens at work or at home, and it is right there again, wearing a new outfit.

The Circle is the room you come back to.

What The Circle Is

WHAT IT IS

The Weekly Call
Every week, for 75 minutes, the group gathers. This is the room where the work continues. Where you say the thing out loud. Where the people sitting with you already understand what you went through, because they went through it too.

Two Coaches. Two Domains.
Lisa leads the personal work. Keather leads the professional. Both coaches lead The Circle, and most weeks both are in the room. When one of us is out, the other holds it.

​

This matters more than it sounds. The pattern you excavated in The 40 is not confined to your relationships. It is in how you negotiate. What you charge. The conversation you keep not having with your business partner. The reason you said yes to something you did not want. We work both sides because they were never separate.

Your Own Private Sessions
Two private 60-minute sessions each year, with either coach. Book them when you need them, for whatever is actually happening.

​

The Thread
Direct access between calls. When something surfaces on a Tuesday afternoon, you are not alone with it. We respond within a day on weekdays.

​

Recordings
Every session recorded and yours to return to, building month over month for as long as you are in The Circle.

Twenty percent off every Meridiem program and any additional private sessions. First access to every new cohort before it opens to anyone else.

HOW TO JOIN

Two Ways In

Monthly                                                   
If you decide to pay monthly, you get the founding rate, held for as long as you stay.

 

Anually
If you decide to pay annually you get the founding rate plus: One Deep Dive, gifted at month three. Five days on a single pattern. Learn it, understand it, embody it. A third private session.

The annual plan saves $500 and includes $750 of programming. It is the better deal, and we would rather you take it.
